Position Summary
You will own relationships with large healthcare customers and work across teams to improve vaccine access. You will engage clinical and operational leaders to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions. We value strategic thinking, strong customer focus, and teamwork. Build and manage strategic partnerships with large health systems, public health awardees, major health departments, and Federally Qualified Health Centers.
Map stakeholders and create customer-specific business plans that support vaccination goals and operational needs.
Lead contract and formulary conversations with clinical and non-clinical decision makers.
Coordinate with sales, medical, market access, contracting, and operations teams to deliver solutions and drive uptake.
Provide evidence-based clinical and operational education to healthcare teams and support local vaccination programs.
Track account performance, market trends, and share insights to shape local and national strategy.
Responsibilities
Developing and managing partnerships with large health systems, public health entities, major health departments and Federally Qualified Health Centers.
Understand customers’ clinical, operational, and financial priorities and design tailored approaches.
Drive contracting and access initiatives to improve patient access and program sustainability.
Collaborate across internal teams to ensure timely delivery of resources and support for customers.
Represent customer needs internally to secure appropriate approvals, tools, and support.
Maintain accurate account records and comply with regulatory and company policies.

This role is field-based and offered on a hybrid working model, with on-site customer engagement balanced by remote work as agreed with your manager. Basic Qualifications
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
5+ years of combined experience in pharmaceutical sales, pharmaceutical marketing, payer environment or business development.
Experience in account management or working with vaccines or immunization programs.
Demonstrated ability to engage senior clinical and operational stakeholders.
Valid driver’s license and travel domestically, including overnight travel.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
The following experience and qualifications are desirable:
Master’s degree in business, public health, hospital administration or a related field.
Prior experience in vaccines sales or vaccine program management.
Knowledge of healthcare contracting, formulary processes and payer dynamics.
Experience working with integrated delivery networks or large health systems.
Documented record of influencing outcomes across complex stakeholder groups.
Experience leading projects or initiatives in a matrixed organization without direct line management responsibility.
