Our Team, Your Impact

The Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) serves as a strategic, field-based marketer responsible for engaging key opinion leaders (KOLs) to generate insights, influence portfolio and brand strategy, and foster advocacy for Teva’s innovative CNS portfolio. This role is anchored in four pillars: Conference Coordination, Speaker Program Planning, Insight Generation & Brand Strategy Influence, and KOL Engagement & Development. The TLL acts as the primary point of contact for KOLs, ensuring compliant, collaborative relationships that advance Teva’s leadership in CNS. As a member of the Innovative Medicines Marketing organization, the TLL builds and maintains productive, collaborative, and compliant relationships with peers in Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, Medical Affairs, and Field Sales to address customer needs and share insights.

Location: This role will cover our Mid-Atlantic Region of the US. The selected candidate must be located near a major airport and be able to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory. You will also be required to attend periodic meetings at both Teva HQ and off-site locations throughout the US. Occasional travel outside of the US may also be required.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

 Conference Coordination

Lead planning and execution of national and regional conferences, including KOL engagement scheduling, and coordination with internal stakeholders.

Represent Teva at major congresses, securing KOL meetings and capturing actionable insights for portfolio teams.

Partner with MSLs and sales leadership to optimize KOL engagement opportunities during congresses.

Speaker Program Planning

Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership on portfolio level planning including national & regional programs, speaker engagement, including identification and speaker preparation.

Monitor speaker utilization and program metrics; contribute to annual nomination process and ensure compliance with all guidelines.

Support execution of peer-to-peer education programs aligned with portfolio objectives.

Insight Generation & Brand Strategy Influence

Capture and synthesize KOL insights monthly to inform portfolio marketing strategies and tactical plans.

Maintain and update TLL business plan quarterly; conduct strategic reviews with regional teams to ensure alignment with brand priorities.

Provide real-time feedback on key business questions, including launch plan insights, market intelligence, and emerging trends.

KOL Engagement & Development

Build and maintain strong relationships with national and regional KOLs, fostering advocacy for Teva’s CNS brands.

Engage in-person with each KOL target quarterly; identify new and emerging KOLs to expand the network.

Act as a trusted resource for KOLs, connecting them with relevant internal teams while ensuring compliance and integrity.

Your Skills and Experience

Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.

Education/Certification/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (required) and Master’s degree preferred

Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical industry experience required, including at least 2 years in thought leader engagement or HCP/medical education marketing (neurology/psychiatry strongly preferred)

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

Broad domain expertise gained through industry experience and strong knowledge of the CNS therapeutic area strongly preferred

Strong scientific and clinical acumen with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data.

Ability to lead and influence without authority and work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment

High level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to ethical conduct

Strong project management experience and the ability to manage and coordinate projects with multiple internal stakeholders and vendors on time

Excellent verbal, written, organization and interpersonal skills required.

Versed in MS Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Approximately 60-80% domestic travel throughout the US, some weekends included

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Occasional:

Sitting for extended periods of time at work station or mobile equipment.

Visual Acuity:

Perform activities such as computer work, preparing and analyzing data, and extensive reading.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

May be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed on site visits (i.e. safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, etc.).

Salary Range

The annual starting salary for this position is between $170,320 – $212,900 annually.  Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
