The Position
Unser IMP Quality -Qualification/Validation- Team spielt eine zentrale Rolle bei der Sicherstellung der GMP-Compliance von Anlagen und Systemen, die für die Herstellung von Prüfpräparaten (IMPs) in Basel und Kaiseraugst verwendet werden. Das Team deckt Produktionsanlagen für die chemische Synthese, Solida-Formulierung, Sterilabfüllung, Verpackung und Analytik sowie CSV Systeme ab. Bei uns bekommst du einen Einblick in die Fertigung klinischer Prüfpräparate vom Wirkstoff über die Formulierung bis hin zur Verpackung.
Wir suchen eine engagierte und motivierte Persönlichkeit als Technical QA Manager zur Verstärkung des Teams im Bereich Quality Oversight von Anlagen, Geräten, Infrastruktur, Räumen und Computersystemen. Der Fokus liegt auf Betrieben zur Herstellung fester Arzneiformen für klinische Studien und der Verpackung klinischer Prüfpräparate.
Die Möglichkeit
In dieser Rolle übernimmst du spannende und verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben im Qualitätsmanagement:
QA Oversight von Qualifizierungs- und Validierungsaktivitäten für GMP-relevante Anlagen (Fokus feste Arzneiformen und Verpackung) sowie für einfache CSV-Systeme (GAMP 5 Kategorie 1 & 3).
Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von Datenintegritäts-Anforderungen und Aufrechterhaltung des "Right to Operate" durch End-to-End-cGMP-Aktivitäten.
Überprüfung und Genehmigung von GMP-Dokumenten wie Qualifizierungsplänen, CAPAs, SOPs, Änderungs-/Abweichungsmanagement und Risikoanalysen.
Durchführung tiefgehender Ursachenanalysen zur Lösung von komplexen Problemen.
Vorantreiben von Optimierungs- und Verbesserungsaktivitäten innerhalb der IMP Quality.
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern zur Erreichung gemeinsamer Ziele.
Vertretung deines Verantwortungsbereichs bei Inspektionen durch Gesundheitsbehörden sowie bei internen Audits.
Wer du bist
Um in dieser Position erfolgreich zu sein, bringst du idealerweise die folgenden Qualifikationen mit:
Akademischer Abschluss in Ingenieurwesen, Chemie, Life Science, Pharmazie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie, davon mindestens 2 Jahre in der QA, sowie umfassende Praxis in der Anlagen-/Gerätequalifizierung (Annex 15) und CSV (Annex 11).
Fundiertes Verständnis globaler Qualitäts- und GMP-Anforderungen, aktueller Datenintegritäts-Standards (DI) sowie Erfahrung mit Behördeninspektionen und internen Audits.
Starker Teamplayer mit exzellenten Kommunikations- und Einfluss Fähigkeiten sowie der Neugier und Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
