Your Role:
Serve as the primary commercial and technical lead for our Stable Isotope portfolio in the Asia-Pacific (APeC) region, specializing in Carbon-13 (C13) and Deuterium (D2) labeled compounds.
Proactively drive revenue growth by identifying and capturing new opportunities across semiconductor, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and advanced materials sectors.
Deepen strategic relationships with existing production-scale customers to strengthen business partnerships.
Act as the regional subject matter expert on stable isotope chemistry, translating complex technical specifications into compelling value propositions for diverse customers such as semiconductor process engineers, analytical chemists, formulation scientists, and regulatory affairs teams.
Leverage deep product knowledge alongside an acute understanding of APeC’s semiconductor supply chain, including leading-edge fabs in South Korea and Japan, as a key advantage.
Design and deliver high-impact technical presentations showcasing our stable isotope manufacturing capabilities, quality certifications, and traceability standards.
Collaborate closely with Product Management, Applications, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to assist customers with qualification, custom synthesis requests, and long-term supply assurance programs.
Maintain disciplined pipeline management using Salesforce (SFDC), including opportunity tracking, accurate forecasting, and data-driven account planning to support commercial success.
Gather proactive market intelligence and engage closely with regional commercial teams to identify emerging application areas and competitive gaps, reinforcing our position as the preferred global supplier of isotope-labeled materials in APeC.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related technical discipline, with 3+ years in technical sales, applications support, or business development involving isotopically labeled compounds or specialty chemicals.
Strong technical knowledge of Carbon-13 (C13) and Deuterium (D2) stable isotopes, including synthesis pathways, analytical methods, and applications.
Deep understanding of the APeC semiconductor market, including process chemistry, key fab customers, and supply chain dynamics in South Korea and Japan.
Proven ability to deliver technical presentations to senior scientific and engineering audiences, effectively communicating product value.
Experience supporting customer qualification and custom specifications in regulated or high-purity production environments.
Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean is a strong plus.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 40–50% within the APeC region.
Preferred advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Isotope Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or related fields, with hands-on experience using NMR, MS, or similar analytical techniques.
Familiarity with semiconductor process applications for isotope-labeled precursors, GMP/ISO quality standards, cross-functional collaboration, pharma and nutraceutical stable isotope applications, supply assurance, and having a strong professional network in the APeC semiconductor or advanced materials sectors.

How we calculate "similar"
No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.
Every comparison starts from the same 100-point budget: 25 for working in the same function, 40 for the same therapeutic area, 20 for the same or adjacent seniority, 15 for the same country. A dimension we can't confirm on both sides contributes nothing, never a guess, never a free pass.
0 points, never a partial guess. A role we know almost nothing about beyond its function bottoms out at 25%; it never inflates to 100% just because there's little to compare against. Seniority uses a defined ladder (Associate → Manager → Associate Director → Senior → Principal → Director → Senior Director → Executive/VP) so "Director" and "Senior Director" count as adjacent, but "Director" and "Executive/VP" do not.
