The Position
The Biometrics team is pivotal in drug development, managing the acquisition, ingestion, curation, and analysis of clinical trial and real-world data to enable comprehensive regulatory filings. By ensuring data quality, applying advanced analytics, and adhering to regulatory standards, the team transforms complex datasets into actionable insights. Their work underpins evidence-based decisions, accelerates drug development timelines, and ensures successful regulatory submissions, enabling innovative therapies to reach patients efficiently.
As a Team Lead you will spearhead a high-performing team focused on establishing a simplified, scalable advanced scientific analytics ecosystem. This role is at the forefront of our digital transformation, leveraging AI and machine learning to accelerate primary and secondary data analysis for clinical development. You will balance technical visionary leadership with a focus on people development to ensure our analytical workflows meet the highest production standards.
The Opportunity
Lead and inspire a high-performing engineering team, fostering an environment of innovation in AI and machine learning.
Drive the end-to-end delivery of validated, production-grade automated analytics workflows to accelerate clinical data analysis.
Architect a scalable scientific analytics ecosystem that serves as the foundation for enterprise-wide digital transformation.
Define an AI driven technical roadmap and platform strategy to consolidate, onboard and host a diverse portfolio of future analytics use cases.
Empower team members by supporting self-defined career journeys and removing roadblocks to their professional growth.
Manage senior stakeholders across Pharma Development, negotiating priorities to align technology with business objectives.
Champion engineering excellence by implementing initiatives that improve collaboration and psychological safety across development teams.
Who you are
Proven Engineering Leader: You have 5+ years of experience in people leadership or program management, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
AI & Machine Learning Expert: You possess deep technical know-how in AI/ML frameworks and their application in advanced analytics ecosystems.
Analytics Specialist: You have extensive experience managing complex scientific data content and primary/secondary analysis within a regulated environment.
Technologically Savvy: You have a strong understanding of software development, process architecture, and modern service delivery methodologies.
Sector Experienced: Y ou bring 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industry.
Academic Background: You hold a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Data Sciences, Biostatistics, Statitiscal Programming, Information Technology or a related technical field.
VACC Leader: Y ou demonstrate Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, and Coach behaviors, effectively navigating ambiguity and complex organizational boundaries.

Salary range 23,300 - 43,300 PLN gross based on the employment contract.

Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 280’000.00 PLN - 520’000.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 20% subject to both individual and company performance.
