EM&S is a consolidated organization managing outsourced Sanofi Medley products, which operates in each region through virtual sites ensuring optimal proximity with CMOs.

We extend Industrial Sanofi Limits, in both, installed capacity and technologies guaranteeing successful and sustainable results in terms of Quality & Regulatory compliance, Customer Service and Cost, through strong tactical principles and following internal compliance guidance

To succeed in this place, the Supply Chain Senior Analyst will need to understand the dynamics between internal activities/results and share in a simple and clear way to our third-party partners, so that all our products are managed with excellence and meet the needs of our customers, have communication skills because they will have a strong relationship with our CMOs (External Partners), as well as other areas, such as commercial, quality, supply. Additionally, we expect strong ability to raise points for improvement, act proactively and constantly search for solutions resulting in the best experience for the areas with which it relates, helping them to focus on their other missions, providing answers and solving problems in advance, exceeding expectations.

Main responsibilities:

CMO Supplier Management

· Focal point for products manufactured by Contract Manufacturing, ensuring contract compliance, SLA adherence, and monthly performance monitoring with identification of penalties and improvement opportunities.

Inventory Planning and Management

· Responsible for maintaining adequate stock levels in accordance with current policy, avoiding stockouts or excess inventory, respecting manufacturing capacity and batch sizes defined by manufacturers.

Purchase Orders and Delivery Management

· Issuance of purchase orders (via system or manual) and constant monitoring with suppliers to ensure deliveries meet defined timelines and quantities.

Project SC Focal point

· Focal point and KU for global or local projects impacting Supply Chain routine (SAP, Kinaxis, etc.)

Portfolio Projects- New Product Launch, divestment or pruning & Contract Review

· Oversight of New Product Launch (NPL) activities and periodic SLA review, analyzing demand behavior, MOQ, lead time, and minimum shelf-life requirements. Support divestment/pruning processes for SC activities.

Loss Reduction and Continuous Improvement

· Development and monitoring of action plans to reduce/eliminate product destruction with low shelf life, plus identifying opportunities to optimize batch sizes, productivity, and cost reduction.

Integrated Chain and Quality Management

· Manage products across all supply chain links through meetings with QA, QC, logistics, warehousing, and Comex; escalate quality issues causing stockouts promptly and ensure correct artwork exchange with CMO per regulatory requirements.

Compliance and Corporate Responsibility:

• Maintain knowledge and comply with the principles of Ethics and Integrity, Sanofi policies and codes of conduct that regulate the pharmaceutical market.

• Comply with and promote Sanofi's Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, with the objective of preventing accidents, avoiding health risks, promoting the well-being of employees and reducing the environmental impacts resulting from the execution of work activities.

• Support Sanofi's Diversity and Inclusion strategy and initiatives to ensure that all employees and partners are treated with respect and receive equal opportunities.

About you

· Experience: Deep understanding of supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory management, and logistics optimization.

· Having contact with a CMOs management is a plus.

· Having participated or lead some projects of ERP (Execute UAT) or Supply process .

· Soft Skills: Organization, good relationship, strategic thinking, proactivity, long-term thinking, analytical skills, influence and curiosity.

· Technical skills: Experience with SAP and advanced data analysis tools. Kinaxis is a plus

· Education: Graduated in Administration, Engineering, Logistics.

· Languages: Portuguese, Advanced English and Spanish is a plus.
