Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is hiring for a Supply Chain Analyst – Shockwave Medical to join our team located in Santa Clara, CA.

Fueled by innovation at the intersection of biology and technology, we’re developing the next generation of smarter, less invasive, more personalized treatments. Ready to join a team that’s pioneering the development and commercialization of Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL) to treat complex calcified cardiovascular disease. Our Shockwave Medical portfolio aims to establish a new standard of care for medical device treatment of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease through its differentiated and proprietary local delivery of sonic pressure waves for the treatment of calcified plaque.

Position Overview

The Supply Chain Analyst supports daily operations by monitoring supply chain performance, maintaining dashboards and reports, analyzing trends and issues, and ensuring master data accuracy. This role will work closely with Supply Chain, BI, IT, and business teams to translate operational needs into automated reporting solutions, resolves data and system issues, and provide actionable insights that improve planning, procurement, warehousing, and inventory processes.

Essential Job Functions

Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports for planning, procurement, warehousing, and inventory

Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities

Partner with Supply Chain, BI, IT, and business stakeholders to defind reporting needs and deliver solutions using PowerBI, Oracle, and similar tools

Automate and standardize reporting and data workflows

Lead data remediation activities to resolve inconsistencies and improve data quality

Maintain accurate, complete, and consistent master data; resolve data issues and support data governance standards

Conduct advanced data analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations and system requirements

Document reports and processes, train users, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-implementation support

Perform ad-hoc analysis and related duties as needed

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, data analytics, or a related field, plus one to three years of relevant experience

Experience developing supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and automated reports using PowerBI, Oracle, or similar tools

Knowledge of planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, master data management, and data governance

Experience with ERP and MRP systems; Oracle or QAD preferred. Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling, pivot tables, and macros

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and organizataion skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; project management experience is a plus

Additional Information

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
