About the Role:
Responsible for driving operations associated with the Medical Marketing team’s activities. Leads operational enhancements based on stakeholder and market insights. Provides analytical guidance and support required to measure and monitor Medical Marketing programs, including peer-to-peer educational programs and conference activities. Leads strategic ad hoc projects. _
Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):
Lead all operational processes associated with the P2P programs, collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify gaps, establish priorities, and generate solutions to streamline processes and create efficiency
Drive P2P system enhancements utilizing customer and market insights, e.g., industry benchmarking
Develop the Operations section of the P2P Quarterly Business Review (QBR) including business results and SLA performance
Monitor and evolve the Power BI P2P Reporting tools used to measure P2P metrics
Lead bi-weekly joint Marketing and Compliance meetings to align on process changes and resolve any outstanding issues
Develop and manage process to measure key metrics for congress activities.
Manage the Speaker Network Portal and Speaker Select Portal including legal-only review of content changes
Acts as the subject matter expert and single point of contact for all metrics and analytics related to P2P programming
Monitor P2P agency partner Service-Level Agreements (SLAs), manage quarterly manual audits, monitor Power BI dashboards, and present results to applicable stakeholders
Monitor speaker cap report, identify issues, and respond to Compliance requests
Manage Agency Partner Business Operating Rules and Field User Guide; collaborate with Legal and Compliance to update, maintain, and disseminate relevant policies
Serves as the primary contact for Field Operations and SOSL team.
Manage all speaker travel deviation requests
Owner and point of contact for the Medical Marketing agency partner Analytics Team
Manage Marketing Programs budget line item; meet expense and timing targets
Plays a key role in annual brand planning and tactical planning activities as identified
Work collaboratively with Legal and Compliance to ensure adherence to all applicable guidelines and requirements
Develop and present Phase II and III Field Sales Training P2P Program content

Requirements:
BS/BA degree Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or similar field. AND 8+ years relevant commercial/marketing experience within the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry OR
MBA or other Master's Degree preferred AND 6+ years of related experience
Strong understanding of marketing operations within the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory requirements and guidance related to development and use of promotional materials;
Demonstrated proficiency with Veeva Vault and Power BI (or related system)
Experience with multi-channel marketing campaign management systems
Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously
Superior organizational skills
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills;
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to communicate to a large group of people in a meeting setting
Excellent listening, and verbal and written communication skills
Aptitude for building positive working relationships
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and vendors
Solid process, project management and facilitation skills managing cross-functional teams at varying levels
Strong problem solving and conflict resolution abilities

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $158,100.00-$216,000.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 30% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
