Role Summary

The Senior Manager, Market Access Marketing at Servier Pharmaceuticals will support the development of marketing strategy and lead implementation of key tactics to support the US business.

The marketer will be supporting our Neuroscience portfolio with the opportunity to work on exciting new molecular entities and prepare for near-term launch of a first-in-class neuroscience product. This role reports to the Head of Market Access Strategy.

Primary Responsibilities

Support development of the strategic market access marketing plan for the US muscular dystrophy market to achieve rapid product uptake and meet or exceed organizational objectives

Develop and execute tactical plans that pull through brand strategy, to ensure rapid payer coverage post-launch and rapid product uptake, meeting or exceeding expected financial return

Consistently manage multiple projects to deliver high-quality work product in a timely fashion

Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and recommend changes in strategy or tactics as appropriate

Effectively track and manage marketing budget for areas of responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Patient Advocacy, Sales, and Medical, to ensure alignment, advance the business, and exceed business targets through implementation of brand strategy and tactics

Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance stakeholders to ensure development and execution of compliant marketing initiatives

Communicate and collaborate with Market Access Leadership and the Account Management team to implement brand strategies and maintain adherence to appropriate regulatory and Pharma guidelines

Apply innovative new technologies and solutions and apply market research, consulting, and other customer insights to inform decisions

 

Education and Required Skills

Bachelor of Science or Arts (or equivalent work experience), MBA preferred, with 5+ years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or other specialty healthcare industry, including 2+ years in Market Access Marketing

Demonstrated ability to support development of marketing strategies and lead execution of key tactics to drive adoption and growth of inline products in US specialty or biotech market; experience with neuroscience, oncology, or rare disease products strongly preferred

Experience with various components of marketing mix (ie, promotional approaches), particularly payer, PBM, Specialty Pharmacy and Patient Support materials, and with prioritizing resources to most effective areas to drive results

Strong project management skills with ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities, external agencies and vendors, and promotional budgets

Strong understanding of legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotion, pharma industry guidelines, and other compliance-related issues

Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally to implement marketing programs with measurable business impact in a heavily matrixed, fast-paced environment

Ability to clearly communicate at all levels of the organization as well as with external audiences

Salary Range

The salary range for this role is $147,000-$168,000. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. Employees in this position are also eligible for Short-Term and Long-Term incentive programs. Servier also offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package that includes benefits such as medical, dental, vision, flexible time off (Servier provides unlimited sick time and flex time, and does not accrue time off), 401(k), life and disability insurance, recognition programs among other great benefits (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
