Sr. Associate Supply Chain (Data & Analytics - GDHA) Bogotá

The Global Distribution Hub Americas (GDHA) Sr. Associate Supply Chain (Data & Analytics) will support GDHA Transformation activities including the development, maintenance, and analysis of dashboards KPIs, and other tools to support reporting, analyze for trends and monitor for issues to be escalated.

This role acts as a SME for SAP Order to Cash and is the first point of contact for incident management, enhancements and training.   This individual will also maintain the team SharePoint page, support the team with process mapping and may support with execution of other business processes, as assigned.

What you will do

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Lead the development of new tools/reports/systems. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for optimization.  Leverage this data to drive effective decision-making, escalate issues and support business growth.

Develop and maintain standardized reporting (performance/budget) for GDHA, aligning with broader strategy and requirements.  Ownership of month end closing activities/process.

Define and (co)create automated interactive dashboards and tools that turn data into business insights.

Subject Matter Expert (SME) on data collection, cleaning, processing and visualization.

Up to date understanding of latest market trends in database management, insights visualization and analytical tools. Staying abreast of digital trends in automation, AI/ML, RPA, data analytics.

Drive Continuous improvement in functional area: work with stakeholders to investigate use of automation to enhance business processes, increase efficiency and drive Operational Excellence.

Develop process solutions to a variety of business problems of medium scope and complexity enabling innovation and automation.

Collaborate and steer data and system projects, serve as first point of contact with the business/requester.

Support business cases to identify requirements for digital solutions.

Ensure that all relevant Supply Chain automation tools are compliant with applicable regulations (e.g. GDP, GMP, SOX).

First point of contact in GHDA for any ERP system enhancements and support (e.g. operational support, incident management, training, change requests, system testing, etc.), within GDHA organization.

Participate in global ERP and business improvement projects as order to cash system SME.

Maintain the team SharePoint page.

Support with execution of other business processes, as assigned.

What we expect of you

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering / Supply Chain / Logistics / Business or Data Analytics / Computer Sciences or Life Sciences, or a related field and 3 years of in a data science, data analyst, business analytics, business intelligence or comparable roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or another highly regulated healthcare industry.

Communication skills and Stakeholder management; experience working across various cultures.

Excellence in working with MS Office and advanced excel and Smartsheet capabilities including use of pivot tables, forms and macros.

Experience working in and troubleshooting SAP Order-to-Cash module and SAP TM (or similar ERP).

Ability to translate user requirements into system functionality.

Advanced English is a mandatory requirement for this position and will be assessed throughout the interview process.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in supply chain roles and solid understanding of supply chain management principles and interest in working on complex challenges.

Tableau and/or Smartsheet and/or PowerBI development/visualization experience including designing and developing reports and dashboards.

Working experience in a highly regulated environment (e.g. GDP).

Ability to bridge functions, particularly technical and non-technical worlds.

Strong problem solving, storytelling and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical details in an easy-to-understand language for business owners.

Proactive self-starter; takes personal responsibility of tasks and work outputs.  Plans and organizes tasks and work responsibilities to achieve objectives.

APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.

Lean Six Sigma certification.

Time management skills

Participating in conference calls, outside working hours.

Basic understanding of financial principles.

Experience in cross functional project management.

Experience with AI tools, Codex etc.
