Working Environment and Location
This position is based in Thailand (Bangkok and Upcountry areas) and will require on-site work.

Working Hours
Purpose and Scope
Achieve sales goals by promoting Astellas products and services to physicians and other medical personnel within assigned territory. Educate customers on the use, characteristics, advantages, indicated treatments and all other developments related to promoted products. Professionally represent Astellas in the field and ensure high levels of visibility and customer satisfaction in territory. Maintain effective communication through Omni-channel including digital engagement and relationships with key external and internal customers.
Role and Responsibilities
Effectively communicate, deliver clinical information and key messages to add value to targeted HCPs to start product usage of Astellas' products and create advocacy through one-on-one meetings and small group / group presentations, company-approved promotional speaker programs, and other company-approved means.
Ensure solid performance levels of call and field productivity. Meet call plan expectations and achieve territory product sales goals while adhering to all company-defined ethical sales practices, compliance guidelines, and required promotional regulations.
Work with Brand Lead/Medical Affairs/Sales Lead and Business Unit Head to develop a local/account strategy and territory business plan to meet or exceed sales and execution goals.
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market, demographic and managed markets information relative to assigned sales territory.
Coordinate promotional efforts with peers across sales teams and other related functions (Marketing, Medical Affairs, etc.) in the Brand Team Charter.
Appropriately manage and maintain all company equipment and promotional materials (sales materials, company literature, eDA, etc.) according to necessary company guidelines.
Accurately report/submit sales call activities, territory expenses, sales forecasts and written reports and within deadline as aligned with Sales Lead / Business Unit Head.
Successfully complete all company-offered trainings of disease & product knowledge and selling skills including product examinations, and pass the standard as defined by company.
Other tasks and ad-hoc assignments as given by Sales Lead/Brand Lead/Business Unit Head.

Essential Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or medical sciences, or related fields.
Disease knowledge, Territory management, logical and strategic thinking.
“Can-do” attitude, presentation and good communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
High sense of ethics and play to win in the right way.
Good planning and management skill.
Strong leadership and good interpersonal skill.

Good knowledge in MS Office, Window based computer and iPad applications.
Can travel between Bangkok and Upcountry.
Have own car and driving license.
Preferred Qualifications
Good Self-control and able to work under pressure.
Ability to make decisions and response to solve problems immediately and effectively.
Knowledge of the country’s healthcare market, policies, future development plans and trends at least 2-3 years working experiences in sales representative with multi-national companies, especially in Oncology therapeutic area.
Strong capabilities with established key principles of success including 1) focus outcome over task orientation, 2) think about enterprise over individual function, 3) act with urgency.
