This is an individual contributor role within our Warsaw hub that collaborates directly with developers ("Builders") to provide scalable, secure, and user-focused platform capabilities.

This is a high-growth opportunity for engineers who want to expand their scope beyond application development and gain hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of modern software systems, from design and implementation to cloud infrastructure, deployment, and production operations. Develop and manage AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code with a focus on repeatability, security, and maintainability.

Implement and operate shared builder services that power platform developer and DevOps experience.

Partner closely with application engineers to understand friction points and deliver practical platform solutions that are adopted across teams.

Writing production-quality code and automation in languages such as TypeScript/JavaScript or Python.

Supporting application teams with infrastructure for services, environments, deployment workflows, and operational readiness.

Improving platform reliability, observability, and developer experience through automation and sensible defaults.

Contributing to documentation, standards, and engineering best practices that help teams move faster with confidence.

Here’s What You’ll Need (Basic Qualifications):

Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including testing, code review, version control, and system design.

Ability to work across application and platform boundaries to solve developer productivity and delivery problems.

Familiar with Infrastructure-as-Code tools.

Experience with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD platforms.

How we calculate "similar"

No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.

Every comparison starts from the same 100-point budget: 25 for working in the same function, 40 for the same therapeutic area, 20 for the same or adjacent seniority, 15 for the same country. A dimension we can't confirm on both sides contributes nothing, never a guess, never a free pass.

Unmatched or unknown dimensions score exactly the same: 0 points, never a partial guess. A role we know almost nothing about beyond its function bottoms out at 25%; it never inflates to 100% just because there's little to compare against. Seniority uses a defined ladder (Associate → Manager → Associate Director → Senior → Principal → Director → Senior Director → Executive/VP) so "Director" and "Senior Director" count as adjacent, but "Director" and "Executive/VP" do not.
