Our Team, Your Impact

We looking for 3 new colleagues to join Periodic Reports Unit team: one permanent hire and two fixed-term employees for a one-year contract.

In this role, you will:

Support the aggregate reports preparation process, by authoring aggregate reports and making sure they are of appropriate quality and prepared in line with regulatory requirements.

Support the preparation and management of aggregate safety reports by driving operational excellence activities within the Periodic Reports Unit. The role ensures effective planning, coordination, compliance oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to enable the timely and high-quality delivery of periodic reporting obligations.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

Preparation and QC of periodic safety reports (PSURs, PADERs, and other periodic safety reports).

Preparation of responses to requests from regulatory agencies, as required.

Assuring that all tasks are performed in line with applicable FDA, ICH, and EU GVP guidelines

Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of internal procedures and work instructions.

Coordinate periodic report planning and maintenance activities.

Manage the distribution of periodic reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate PSUR Assessment Reports, including the management of responses.

Support compliance monitoring activities related to periodic reports.

Contribute to Regulatory Intelligence processes by assessing relevant regulatory requirements and updates.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Local Safety Officers, Regulatory Affairs, and other key stakeholders, as well as external partners, to ensure alignment and effective execution of activities.

Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reporting quality within the Periodic Reports Unit.

Your Skills and Experience

A university degree or a minimum of 300 ECTS - medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, pharmacy, medical biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline

Previous experience in pharmacovigilance or regulatory affairs is an advantage; however, candidates with more or less experience will also be considered

Medical writing skills and sound medical judgement

Fluent in English, both written and spoken

MS Office skills

Contract type

One permanent and 2 fixed-term contract for a period of one year.
