In Colombia, we offer an opportunity for a Senior Product Manager responsible for defining and leading the strategic direction of assigned brands. This role is accountable for driving business growth, maximizing portfolio performance, and ensuring successful execution of long-term strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
The Product Manager will serve as a key business leader, integrating market intelligence, customer insights, financial stewardship, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate growth and create competitive advantage in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Role Requirements
Proven experience as a Product Manager within the pharmaceutical industry.
Significant experience developing and leading brand strategies and multi-year business plans.
Demonstrated success in driving business growth, market share expansion, and portfolio performance.
Strong experience managing P&L and making strategic investment decisions.
Ability to identify market opportunities, anticipate industry trends, and translate insights into business actions.
Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across commercial, medical, market access, and external audiences.
Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills with experience presenting to leadership teams.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and complex projects in matrix organizations.
Strong customer-centric mindset with experience leveraging deep market and customer insights.
Proactive, resilient, and comfortable operating in fast-paced and complex environments.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Strong digital and analytical skills: Teams, Copilot, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
Key Responsibilities
Define and lead the strategic vision and long-term growth plans for assigned brands.
Develop and execute integrated marketing and business plans to achieve short- and long-term objectives.
Drive portfolio performance through effective market positioning, customer engagement, and competitive differentiation.
Lead forecasting, financial planning, and P&L management to maximize business results.
Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic initiatives based on market dynamics and customer insights.
Monitor business performance and implement actions to accelerate growth and mitigate risks.
Partner with Commercial, Medical, Access, Regulatory, and other functions to ensure alignment and execution of excellence.
Lead launch readiness, lifecycle management, and strategic portfolio initiatives when applicable.
Influence key internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.
Present strategic recommendations, business reviews, and performance updates to local and regional leadership teams.
Foster innovation and continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making.
Ensure compliance with GxP requirements, pharmacovigilance standards, and company policies.
Contribute to a safe and compliant working environment aligned with Health & Safety standards.
