Platform Enablement & Engineering Excellence

Design scalable implementation patterns and guidance for self-service users, citizen developers, fusion teams, and enterprise development teams.

Develop and govern reusable enterprise assets, accelerators, templates, connectors, reference implementations, and governance automation capabilities.

Drive platform engineering excellence through automation, standardization, observability, self-service capabilities, and operational simplification.

Collaborate with platform administrators to improve platform health, reliability, monitoring, provisioning, and operational efficiency.

Work with adoption and literacy teams to ensure approved capabilities and reusable assets can be effectively consumed across the organization.

Demand Management & Business Value

Assess, qualify, prioritize, and govern platform opportunities, business demands, and new capability requests.

Partner with democratization and delivery teams to identify high-value automation, digitization, and modernization opportunities.

Determine the appropriate delivery model for initiatives based on complexity, risk, and business impact.

Ensure solutions align with governance standards, security requirements, architecture principles, and measurable business outcomes.

Insights, FinOps & Continuous Improvement

Define and manage KPIs covering platform health, governance compliance, quality, business value, adoption, and cost efficiency.

Establish monitoring, telemetry, and observability practices to measure usage trends, capacity consumption, operational risks, and platform performance.

Lead Power Platform FinOps activities, including license optimization, capacity planning, consumption monitoring, and cost transparency.

Use analytics and platform insights to identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Represent Power Platform in architecture reviews, governance forums, technology strategy discussions, and enterprise decision-making processes.

Build strong partnerships across business and technology organizations to influence platform direction and maximize enterprise value.

Collaborate with Architecture, Security, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Infrastructure, and Digital Product teams to support secure and scalable platform growth.

How we calculate "similar"

No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.

Every comparison starts from the same 100-point budget: 25 for working in the same function, 40 for the same therapeutic area, 20 for the same or adjacent seniority, 15 for the same country. A dimension we can't confirm on both sides contributes nothing, never a guess, never a free pass.

Unmatched or unknown dimensions score exactly the same: 0 points, never a partial guess. A role we know almost nothing about beyond its function bottoms out at 25%; it never inflates to 100% just because there's little to compare against. Seniority uses a defined ladder (Associate → Manager → Associate Director → Senior → Principal → Director → Senior Director → Executive/VP) so "Director" and "Senior Director" count as adjacent, but "Director" and "Executive/VP" do not.
