The Position

Senior Partner Systems Delivery Expert - EPIE 

The Opportunity

As a Senior Partner Systems Delivery Expert , you'll lead the technical delivery of mission-critical enterprise integrations. You'll own complex system implementations end-to-end, manage technical dependencies across partners, and drive flawless execution at scale.

You'll define integration roadmaps, coordinate technical workstreams, and make critical decisions on system architecture and delivery approaches. This is hands-on technical leadership where execution excellence matters.

What You'll Do

Technical Management: Own end-to-end delivery of complex system integrations

Define technical roadmaps and coordinate dependencies across teams and vendors

Manage timelines, milestones, and resource allocation

Drive flawless execution of builds, data mappings, and transaction flows

Integration Architecture & Design

Lead technical design of interface testing frameworks and data synchronization solutions

Evaluate and select technical approaches (APIs, middleware, integration platforms)

Manage technical scope aligned with immediate and long-term needs

Ensure architectural decisions support system resilience

Dependency & Risk Management

Orchestrate complex deliveries with multiple dependencies and data flows

Identify technical risks early and surface mitigation strategies

Manage integration points across disparate systems

Resolve technical conflicts between platforms and partners

Technical Leadership

Lead and coordinate technical workstreams across internal teams, vendors, and partners

Mentor technical staff on complex integration challenges

Ensure consistent execution of technical standards

Guide teams through sophisticated problem-solving

System Readiness & Quality

Establish rigorous interface testing and data validation frameworks

Own system readiness activities and end-to-end validation

Troubleshoot transaction synchronization issues

Ensure production-ready integrations with strict data integrity

Technical Stakeholder Alignment

Lead technical discussions with architects and system owners

Translate requirements into clear delivery plans

Communicate risks and mitigation strategies

Maintain alignment across technical organizations

Who You Are

Essential Background

Proven expertise leading the technical delivery of large-scale, complex system integrations and implementations

Extensive hands-on experience managing integration technical workstreams, coordinating across multiple technical teams, and owning delivery outcomes

Deep technical knowledge of enterprise system landscapes, data architectures, integration technologies, and implementation best practices

Demonstrated success orchestrating end-to-end technical implementations with multiple dependencies and partners

SAP & ERP Experience Required

Hands-on SAP and ERP platform experience is essential for this role. If you have a strong background as a Functional Business Analyst, SAP Developer, or Project Manager with proven success delivering enterprise system implementations and managing technical integration workstreams, this position could be an exceptional fit for you.

Complex problem-solving : Analyze multi-system technical issues, troubleshoot data synchronization problems, and evaluate strategic technical solutions

Technical team leadership : Coordinate and mentor technical teams across organizations; drive consistent execution of technical standards

Clear technical communication : Translate technical details into actionable delivery plans; communicate risks, dependencies, and solutions to both technical and business stakeholders

What You'll Get

Salary range: 19,000 - 35,400 PLN gross based on the employment contract.

Annual bonus payment based on your performance (target 20%).

Compensation & Benefits

The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 228,900.00 PLN - 425,100.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 20% subject to both individual and company performance.
