About the Role:

As a Senior Medical Advisor, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the Medical Affairs strategy for STADA UK's Specialty portfolio. Acting as a critical link between internal teams, healthcare professionals and the global Medical Affairs organisation, you will contribute to advancing scientific exchange, medical education, and cross-functional collaboration. This hybrid role combines office-based responsibilities with external engagement, giving you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in both settings.

How You Will Make an Impact:

Develop and maintain expertise in assigned therapeutic areas and specialty products.

Provide scientific and medical support to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with local and global Medical Affairs plans.

Support scientific interactions with healthcare professionals and participate in advisory boards, expert meetings and educational events.

Gather and share medical insights from external stakeholders to inform strategy and identify unmet patient needs.

Contribute to the development of scientific materials, internal training initiatives, and medical education programs.

Collaborate with the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team to ensure consistent messaging and effective field medical activities.

Act as a key interface with global Medical Affairs colleagues, supporting the localisation of global strategies and ensuring UK market insights are represented.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy or Life Sciences.

Proven experience within Medical Affairs in the pharmaceutical industry.

Strong scientific and clinical knowledge, with the ability to interpret complex data.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence working with both scientific and non-scientific audiences.

Desirable: Experience in specialty medicines and supporting product launches.

Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
