Our Team, Your Impact
The Senior Manager, Business Partner to Finance, plays a critical role in bridging Procurement and Finance through robust performance management, insights generation, and value realization. The role ensures accurate standard price planning, PPV (Purchase Price Variance) tracking, and financial alignment through ownership of key tools and processes, while leading the transition toward next-generation digital solutions.
This position is pivotal in maintaining business continuity of existing systems while driving innovation and transformation, particularly through the rollout of new enterprise planning and costing tools.
How You’ll Spend Your Day
Business Partnering & Financial Alignment
Act as a strategic interface between Global Procurement and Finance
Ensure alignment on financial assumptions, standard price submissions, and PPV tracking
Provide insights and analytics to support decision-making and value realization
Drive transparency and consistency in procurement financial reporting
Ownership of MTIP Tool & Processes
Lead end-to-end management of the MTIP tool for:
Standard price submission processes
PPV impact tracking and analysis
Ensure data accuracy, process consistency, and timely submissions
Identify and implement continuous improvements in current processes
Serve as the key point of contact for stakeholders using MTIP
System Transformation & SAC Implementation (IBP / Quarterly Costing)
Over the next 12–18 months, lead a critical role in the rollout of a new SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)-based solution:
Provide functional consultation to:
Translate existing MTIP functionalities into the new system
Define business requirements and ensure alignment with Procurement and Finance needs
Participate actively in:
System design discussions
Testing cycles (UAT), validation, and issue resolution
Data mapping and process transformation
Ensure parallel system continuity:
Maintain and stabilize the existing MTIP tool during transition
Safeguard data integrity and reporting consistency
Support change management and adoption:
Develop user documentation and process guidelines
Deliver training and support to end users
Facilitate smooth transition to SAC
Performance Insights & Value Realization
Deliver actionable insights on procurement performance and financial impact
Support tracking of savings initiatives and value delivery
Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to support leadership decisions
Identify opportunities to enhance value realization through data and analytics
Stakeholder Management
Engage cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Procurement, IT, Digital) globally
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership
Influence decision-making during system transformation and process evolution
AI & Advanced Analytics Integration
Identify opportunities to leverage AI and advanced analytics to enhance procurement financial processes and insights
Support development and adoption of AI-driven forecasting, anomaly detection, and PPV trend analysis
Partner with Digital/IT teams to integrate AI capabilities into SAC and reporting tools
Promote data-driven decision-making by utilizing predictive and prescriptive analytics
Ensure data quality and governance frameworks support AI use cases
Your Skills and Experience
Exceptional MS office skills. The ability to manipulate heavy sets of data and create concise and accurate reports
Experience in BI systems, mandatory
Proven Business Partner experience, preferably in Finance or Procurement role
Finance, Planning & Control:
5+ years of finance, planning, advanced analytics, reporting experience
Experience with AOP process
Overall portfolio/project management experience will be considered
University degree in finance, supply chain, procurement or materials management
Experience working in a global environment, supporting cross-functional teams, managing multiple simultaneous projects
Strong interpersonal skills including cross-functional teamwork, effective written and oral communication skills in English
Exceptional analytical and reporting skills. Superior financial modeling and problem solving skills
Strong in time management and organization but with an ability to be versatile and work through ambiguity
