Our Team, Your Impact

The Senior Designer is responsible for delivering high-quality creative assets across complex projects, ensuring brand consistency and supporting the development of design capabilities within the Design Studio. This role independently leads design delivery for medium- to high-complexity initiatives and provides day-to-day guidance to Mid and Junior Designers. The Senior Designer contributes to creative quality, efficiency, and consistency, while partnering closely with the Creative Studio Lead on execution.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

Independently deliver design for medium- and high-complexity projects, including campaigns, congress materials, and event assets

Translate briefs into strong creative solutions across digital, print, and event formats

Ensure all creative outputs meet brand, regulatory, and compliance standards

Provide guidance, feedback, and informal mentoring to Mid and Junior Designers

Support the development and use of templates, frameworks, and reusable assets

Apply creative best practices and emerging tools to improve design quality and efficiency

Partner with the Content & Events team to ensure assets are approval-ready for PromoMats

Review own work for accuracy, quality, and completeness before delivery

Escalate risks, dependencies, or quality concerns to the Creative Studio Lead when needed

Your Skills and Experience

Minimum 4 years of design experience, preferably in agency or in-house creative environments

Strong portfolio across digital, print, and event materials

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools

Experience mentoring or supervising designers

Strong attention to detail, creativity, and brand consistency
