Master Complex Problem Solving: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose complex network incidents, performing deep root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
Maximize System Reliability: Define and maintain Service Level Objectives (SLOs) through advanced telemetry and streaming analytics to ensure "five-nines" availability.
Influence Strategic Roadmaps: Translate technical roadmaps into business value for stakeholders and steer vendor product evaluations to align with long-term strategy.
Lead Seamless Migrations: Oversee high-stakes brownfield-to-greenfield migrations with a focus on hitless cutovers and zero-downtime execution.
Foster Innovation and Growth: Proactively refine fabric performance and mentor junior engineers, contributing to a workplace culture of continuous learning.
Who you are:
Experienced Architect: You bring deep mastery of Arista EOS and EVPN-VXLAN architectures, with a proven track record of designing large-scale fabrics.
Educated Professional: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and bring years of relevant industry experience; CCIE-level expertise is highly desirable.
Automation Expert: You are proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), specifically using Arista AVD, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines for network automation.
Strategic Thinker: You possess the ability to translate complex system concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Resilient Problem Solver: You demonstrate expert-level troubleshooting skills and remain decisive in high-pressure, complex technical scenarios.

How we calculate "similar"
No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.
Every comparison starts from the same 100-point budget: 25 for working in the same function, 40 for the same therapeutic area, 20 for the same or adjacent seniority, 15 for the same country. A dimension we can't confirm on both sides contributes nothing, never a guess, never a free pass.
0 points, never a partial guess. A role we know almost nothing about beyond its function bottoms out at 25%; it never inflates to 100% just because there's little to compare against. Seniority uses a defined ladder (Associate → Manager → Associate Director → Senior → Principal → Director → Senior Director → Executive/VP) so "Director" and "Senior Director" count as adjacent, but "Director" and "Executive/VP" do not.
