製薬会社から受託された治験薬の臨床試験に必要な各種検査を行っています。
その業務範囲は、生化学検査から血液学検査、感染症スクリーニングまで多岐にわたります 。

- 現在3名（女性3名）。年齢層は30代前半〜後半。

【 主な業務内容 】
- 治験薬臨床試験患者検体における血液学的検査、尿一般検査（鏡検含む）、凝固検査等の臨床検査業務およびPBMC（末梢血単核細胞）の分離業務
- 検査機器保守業務
- 試薬在庫発注管理
- その他品質保証に付随する各種バリデーション（検証）試験
- 英語での書類作成、海外ラボとのe-mail でのコミュニケーション

【求める人物像】
★必須要件
- 末梢血血液像、尿沈査の鏡検ができる方（必須）
- マイクロピペットを用いた試薬の調整などの試料作成や検査に2年以上従事していた方
- 基礎的な英語スキル（英文業務マニュアルの読解、英文e-メールの読解・作成等）
- 英語のドキュメントを読むことに抵抗がない方、または入社後に学習意欲のある方
‐ 日本の臨床検査技師免許
★ 歓迎要件
- 業務上での英語でのコミュニケーション経験のある方
- PBMC, DNAなど全血検体からの細胞分離手技経験のある方
- BSC(バイオセーフティキャビネット)操作を含むベンチワーク業務に従事していた方
‐ CAP (College of American Pathologist)の認証施設で勤務経験がある方もしくは認証取得に携わった経験がある方
‐ 精度管理（統計学的精度管理図、内部・外部精度管理等）の基本知識がある方
