About this opportunity
Are you passionate about ensuring seamless commercial operations that ultimately help patients access life-saving medicines? This is a 12month contract maternity relief role. Join us in Thailand where you'll be at the heart of our sales operations, driving compliance and collaboration across our commercial supply chain.
Your new role
In this office based role, you will maximise commercial operations support in Thailand by ensuring effective and compliant processes while building strong collaboration with our distributor and sales team on a daily basis.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing sales order controls and selling pricing controls to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Overseeing the sample process and related controls
- Maintaining a high focus on compliance and business ethics in all daily sales transactions
- Supporting collaboration between relevant functions including the commercial team, pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs and accounting
- Managing the order processing and tender management process end-to-end
- Supporting commercial teams in bidding processes
- Ensuring timely reporting of Customer Complaints, Adverse Events and other Safety Reports in accordance with company SOPs
Your new department
You will join our Commercial Supply Chain team in Thailand, where we serve as the critical link between our distributor, sales team and internal stakeholders. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that commercial operations run smoothly and compliantly, so that patients receive the medicines they need without delay. You will work closely with cross-functional colleagues and external partners in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering operational excellence. To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field preferably
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in customer service fields, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Expert-level proficiency in MS Office suite
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard for compliance and business ethics
- Native Thai, fluent English written and speaking
