Como representante medico tu objetivo es gestionar eficazmente el territorio asignado, promoviendo los productos del portafolio respiratorio con información equilibrada de eficacia y seguridad para médicos, farmacéuticos y otros profesionales de la salud. El rol contribuye directamente al acceso adecuado de los pacientes a las soluciones de GSK, apoyando la visita efectiva a puntos de venta (PDV), puntos de dispensación (PDD) y actores clave dentro del sistema de salud.
Responsabilidades Clave
Implementar estrategias comerciales asegurando el cumplimiento de KPIs y políticas internas de GSK.
Ejecutar visitas y actividades promocionales en médicos, instituciones, PDV y PDD, optimizando recursos para potenciar el crecimiento territorial.
Garantizar la gestión adecuada del inventario de muestra médica, cumpliendo lineamientos regulatorios y de calidad.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de indicadores de productividad, como cobertura, frecuencia, interacciones totales y calidad de datos en Veeva.
Desarrollar y actualizar el plan territorial, identificando oportunidades de negocio y construyendo rutas críticas del paciente en instituciones clave.
Participar activamente en actividades de calidad y EHS, cumpliendo entrenamientos, auditorías, políticas de promoción, farmacovigilancia y normas de seguridad.
Cualificaciones Requeridas
Título profesional universitario (pregrado).
Más de 3 años de experiencia en áreas comerciales o mínimo 2 años en la industria farmacéutica como representante médico o rol afín.
Conocimiento sólido en técnicas de venta consultiva y relacionamiento con profesionales de la salud.
Habilidades demostradas de planeación, organización y trabajo en territorio.
Manejo de Microsoft Office y capacidad para aprender herramientas CRM.
Disponibilidad para viajar dentro del territorio asignado.
Cualificaciones Preferidas
Experiencia específica en alto costo /Biologicos de productos respiratorios.
Conocimiento de CRM Veeva u otras plataformas similares.
Experiencia trabajando con audiencias médicas como neumología, medicina interna, alergología o medicina familiar.
Formación en áreas de salud, administrativas o comerciales.
Habilidades destacadas en negociación, influencia y gestión de relaciones con instituciones.
Capacidad demostrada para mapear cuentas, gestionar rutas del paciente y trabajar bajo objetivos exigentes.
