Your new role

As Regional & Hospital Access Manager, you will define and execute regional and hospital access strategies for Lundbeck’s portfolio across Catalonia, Balearic Islands, La Rioja and Navarre. You will translate national and global priorities into effective regional plans, anticipate access barriers and identify opportunities within different healthcare systems.

You will engage with regional authorities, hospitals and payers, support pricing, reimbursement and funding processes, and contribute to tenders and negotiations. Working closely with colleagues across Value & Patient Access, Medical, Sales, Marketing and Public Affairs, you will help ensure consistent value communication and sustainable access to Lundbeck treatments.

 

Your future team

You will join the Value & Patient Access organization and report to the Director of Value & Patient Access. The team works closely with cross-functional colleagues to understand and address access challenges at regional and hospital level.

The position is field-based in Catalonia, Balearic Islands, La Rioja and Navarre.

 

What you bring to the team

You bring a structured and results-oriented approach, together with the ability to build trusted relationships in a complex healthcare environment.

To succeed in this role, you have:

A relevant university degree and 3–5 years of experience in market access, marketing or sales, preferably within a hospital or regional healthcare setting.

A solid understanding of healthcare systems, pricing, reimbursement, funding processes and public policy.

Experience working cross-functionally and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, together with professional fluency in English and Spanish.

You combine analytical thinking with adaptability and accountability. You are comfortable turning strategy into action, navigating changing priorities and collaborating with different stakeholders to achieve sustainable outcomes.

Annual base salary range: (65 700 - 90 310)EUR gross

At Lundbeck, we are committed to fair and transparent pay. Please note that the final base salary within the stated range will be based on relevant qualifications, skills, competencies, and level of proficiency as well as internal pay equity.
