At least 3-4 years of experience leading market access initiatives within pharmaceuticals or the Colombian healthcare system.

Experience across value proposition development, pricing, reimbursement, payer account management, tenders or HTA.

Deep knowledge of the Colombian healthcare system, healthcare policy and access environment.

Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills with payers, health authorities and healthcare organisations.

Experience supporting launches of innovative or specialised therapies.

A degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare or a related discipline. Postgraduate qualifications in Pharmacoeconomics or Market Access are advantageous.

How this role compares

Computed from every other active Other / Corporate Functions role in our database, not just this employer's listings.

We don't have enough classified peer data for this role yet, so there's no comparison to show. This happens when a posting's title/category doesn't match any taxonomy rule -- it's excluded rather than compared against the wrong peer group.
