Über uns
Im Rahmen Deiner Tätigkeit wirst Du als Pharmaziepraktikant/in im Bereich Research & Development in der Abteilung BioAnalytics Germany tätig sein. Die Abteilung BioAnalytics Germany entwickelt und etabliert innovative Technologien und analytische Methoden zur Begleitung der Wirkstoff-Prozessentwicklung sowie der GMP-Wirkstoff-Herstellung von neuen komplexen Proteinmodalitäten für den Einsatz in klinischen Studien.
Das BioProcess Analytics-Team wendet hierbei immunologische, chromatographische und elektrophoretische Techniken an, die zum Teil in Form von high-throughput- und automatisierten Methoden betrieben werden.
Analytische Aktivitäten werden im Bereich BioProcess Analytics bei externen Firmen und internen Fachlaboratorien koordiniert. Darüber hinaus erstellt BioProcess Analytics die analytischen Kontrollstrategien von komplexen Proteinmolekülen.
Aufgabenbeschreibung
Durchführung von Analytik proteinhaltiger Prozessproben von Biopharmazeutika und Dokumentation der Arbeiten
Koordination von analytischen Aktivitäten für In-Prozess-Proben sowie finalen Biologika und deren Zwischenprodukten
Monitoring von Entwicklungsarbeiten und Analysen externer Prüfeinrichtungen inklusive der Organisation des Probenversands
Anforderungen & Qualifikationen
Du hast oder wirst in Kürze den 2. Abschnitt der pharmazeutischen Ausbildung (2. Pharmazeutisches Staatsexamen) abschließen
Du hast ein hohes Interesse für technische Entwicklung und analytische Fragestellungen
Du beherrschst die sichere Anwendung von Standardsoftware (MS-Office)
Du verfügst über eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Motivation mit ausgeprägter Eigeninitiative
Du hast sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
Du hast gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
