Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Design, monitor, and track KPIs and performance metrics aligned with business objectives.
Analyze sales and business performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Support sales target setting, performance reviews, and incentive program management.
Develop performance dashboards, reports, and actionable business insights.
Lead sales force effectiveness initiatives, including territory sizing, targeting methodologies, and performance optimization.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Intelligence, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive business success.
Coach and develop the SFE Lead while fostering a high-performance culture.
Drive continuous improvement through data analytics, benchmarking, and process enhancement initiatives.
Candidate Profile
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Dentistry, Medicine, or a related healthcare field.
Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in a managerial role.
Strong background in business analytics, sales performance management, and market analysis.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing performance measurement systems, incentives, and sales force effectiveness programs.
