Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Piloter des lignes et équipements automatisés en suivant les procédures et le planning. - Réaliser les contrôles au démarrage, en cours et en fin de production et consigner les résultats. - Surveiller le procédé, détecter les écarts et appliquer des actions correctives de premier niveau. - Assurer le nettoyage, le démontage/remontage et l’auto-maintenance de niveau 1. - Participer aux investigations, analyser les causes et proposer des actions d’amélioration. - Utiliser les outils informatiques de production et maintenance pour tracer les activités et préparer les rapports.

Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - CAP, BEP ou Bac Pro en maintenance, électrotechnique, mécanique, automatisme ou équivalent. - Minimum 2 à 3 ans d’expérience en conduite de ligne ou production industrielle. - Connaissance des contrôles de production et des modes opératoires. - Capacité à réaliser de l’auto-maintenance et des interventions de niveau 1. - À l’aise avec les outils informatiques ; expérience GMAO/GPAO appréciée. - Français courant à l’oral et à l’écrit.

Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Expérience en industrie pharmaceutique, agroalimentaire ou cosmétique. - Connaissance des Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (BPF/GMP). - Compétences en automatisme, PLC ou supervision industrielle (HMI/SCADA). - Expérience avec SAP ou autres systèmes de production/maintenance. - Sens de l’amélioration continue (Lean, 5S, Kaizen). - Disponibilité pour travailler en horaires en équipes (2x8 ou 3x8).

Work arrangement Ce poste est sur site en France. La présence régulière au site de production est requise. Les horaires seront définis selon les besoins du site et peuvent inclure des roulements.
