La Oportunidad

Como Líder de Estrategia Médica basado en Quito, Ecuador, serás un referente estratégico clave para impulsar y difundir la evidencia científica del portafolio de Roche Diagnóstica. Actuando como un Socio Ágil ( Agile Partner ), optimizarás los procesos internos para maximizar la eficiencia en toda la organización, al tiempo que serás la voz del paciente y del profesional de la salud para respaldar el acceso al mercado y proteger nuestra reputación corporativa.

Responsabilidades

Liderazgo de proyectos estratégicos: Dirigir y movilizar iniciativas de alto impacto, como programas nacionales de tamizaje y guías de práctica clínica, alineando a las partes interesadas internas y externas.

Estrategia de acceso al mercado: Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de generación de evidencia científica orientadas a respaldar las decisiones de acceso al mercado y reembolso.

Traducción y valor de datos: Traducir datos científicos complejos del portafolio IVD en mensajes de valor claros y dossiers técnicos adaptados para el gobierno, pagadores y médicos.

Relacionamiento institucional y KOLs: Actuar como el principal experto científico del portafolio, fortaleciendo relaciones de alto nivel con Líderes de Opinión (KOLs) y tomadores de decisiones gubernamentales.

Difusión científica: Divulgar evidencia científica de valor a través de publicaciones, paneles de expertos y reuniones estratégicas de alto nivel.

Capacitación médica interna: Gestionar y asegurar planes de formación continua para garantizar el más alto nivel de conocimiento científico en los roles internos que manejan información médica.

Cumplimiento y gobernanza médica: Garantizar el cumplimiento total de las actividades y procesos regulados (incluyendo GCP, estudios y auditorías) de acuerdo con las políticas y normativas locales y globales.

Quién eres

Título profesional en Medicina.

Trayectoria mínima de 5 años en la industria de la salud (diagnóstica o farmacéutica), sumado a al menos 5 años de experiencia liderando y gestionando equipos de alto desempeño.

Experiencia comprobada en posiciones externas estratégicas como Asuntos Médicos, Acceso al Mercado o Asuntos Gubernamentales.

Experiencia demostrable trabajando con sistemas de salud públicos (Ministerios, Seguridad Social) y sólida comprensión de sus procesos de financiamiento y toma de decisiones.

Dominio del idioma inglés en nivel intermedio-alto con fluidez técnica profesional.

Deseable

Especialización en Economía de la Salud.

Trayectoria en funciones de Operaciones Médicas, Cumplimiento ( Compliance ) o Tecnovigilancia.

Fuerte visión sistémica fundamentada en el modelo de liderazgo VACC (Visionario, Arquitecto, Catalizador y Coach).

Capacidades excepcionales de comunicación, co-creación, empatía y negociación.

Enfoque de "cero errores" en la gestión de procesos regulados y normativas de compliance .
