Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Medical Content Partner to join our dynamic Sales Training team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a deep understanding of various therapeutic areas. This role holder will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging and informative training materials ensuring quality and rigor for trainer led sessions and online courses for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive training content for various therapeutic areas including Dermatology, Urology, Respiratory, Pain Management, Vaccines, Immunology, Oncology, Gastroenterology, Hepatology, Diabetes, Cardiology, Microbiology, Paediatrics, Rheumatology and more.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and the sales training team to ensure content accuracy, relevance and rigor.
Design and implement microlearning, e-learning modules, workshops, and other training formats.
Design courses having well defined rubrics and instructional design frameworks like Bloom’s Taxonomy to create a well-balanced course.
Create differentiated content suitable for heterogenous levels of experience and capabilities within the same role – appropriate learning activities, assignments and assessments to gauge the retention and skilling to meet business objectives.
Continuously update training materials of regular induction programs IGNITE, ENRICH to reflect the latest scientific and clinical developments. Review the freshness of content and ensure that it is contemporary and up-to-date and remove redundant segments.
Create customized module for various refresher programs and courses for emerging business needs.
Facilitate training sessions and provide support to sales representatives.
8-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
A degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medical writing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant areas can be an added advantage.
A post graduate degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medical writing, or a related field. Advanced certifications in relevant areas can be an added advantage.
In-depth knowledge of multiple therapeutic areas.
Experience in writing and editing medical and scientific content for various formats, including e-learning modules, presentations, written materials and training manuals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Prior experience as a facilitator is highly desirable.
