Job Description
The Neurology AbbVie Patient Services Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support patients and healthcare providers throughout the treatment and access journey. This role leads key components of the Patient Services Care Model, translating insights into integrated marketing programs that simplify the experience, reduce access barriers, and drive awareness and utilization of Complete resources.
The Marketing Manager oversees a broad portfolio of communications across digital, CRM, field, and print channels. The role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, customer experience design, creative stewardship, operational execution, and performance optimization.
This individual works within a highly matrixed environment and partners closely with cross functional partners and agencies to develop and execute high-quality, compliant marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Develop and execute integrated marketing programs.
Translate patient, provider, and market insights into actionable solutions.
Manage communications across digital, CRM, field, web, and print channels.
Lead the development, approval, launch, and optimization of marketing materials.
Partner with Brand Marketing, HUB, Field Reimbursement Managers, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Finance, APEX, and BTS teams to achieve business objectives.
Manage agency and vendor partners to deliver high-quality, compliant work.
Monitor program performance and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
Manage project timelines, budgets, forecasts, and cross-functional execution.
Develop marketing briefs, strategic recommendations, and business cases.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals or healthcare
Experience developing complex marketing strategies and programs.
Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage agency partners.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive results in a matrixed organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in multiple therapeutic categories
Experience with Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy products
