Job Description
The Marketing Manager works in collaboration with the Associate Consumer Marketing Director and brand team(s) to develop and execute strategic and tactical marketing plans for SKYRIZI (Psoriatic Disease, including Ps-Plaque Psoriasis and PsA-Psoriatic Arthritis), to drive key consumer marketing business initiatives. This individual is responsible for managing cross-functional teams to develop and execute advertising and promotional tactics. This position requires the individual to foster positive working relationships to partner collaboratively with internal and external partners to execute plans.
Key Responsibilities include:
Develop and manage promotional SKYRIZI DTC materials, campaigns, and programs across various channels (broadcast, video, audio, social, digital, website, CRM, print, etc.), ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Drive and participate in business and marketing plans and processes across Dermatology. Leverage core marketing capabilities in the creation and refinement of marketing plans, including development of strategic marketing briefs.
Conduct in-depth market analysis, including competitor landscaping, customer insights, and trend identification, to inform strategic decisions.
Utilize various research methods (e.g., market surveys, focus groups, consumer interviews) to provide effective brand positioning, insights, and key points of differentiation into the marketplace.
Develop and manage projects, including the execution of marketing plans, initiatives, and tasks. Deliver high-quality work products on time. Ensure that regulatory, compliance, and medical guidelines are followed.
Evaluate the effectiveness of campaign strategies through campaign measurement and metrics development to ensure positive return on investment and achievement of brand objectives.
Monitor brand performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular reports on promotional effectiveness.
Identify new market opportunities and develop innovative approaches to expand brand reach and impact.
Assist in the management of the scope, direction, and terms of the agency relationship and aid in oversight of all aspects of agency relations.
Track and manage the Consumer Marketing budget while collaborating with the team to utilize resources effectively and efficiently.
Talent will be hired at a level commensurate with experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field equivalent.
4-6+ years of relevant work experience in marketing.
Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and an exceptional ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external agency partners to achieve marketing goals; ability to lead without authority.
Proficiency in core marketing capabilities such as creative development, value proposition, positioning, segmentation, investment optimization, etc.
Excellent project management capabilities, good analytical and conceptual abilities, self-starter initiative, and team orientation.
Must have attention to detail, execution, and follow-through.
Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting Pharmaceutical Products.
Preferred:
Prior experience in pharmaceutical or CPG marketing.
Experience working with and managing multiple external agencies, including advertising, media, digital, database agencies, and internal cross-functional partners.
DTC mass media (TV, Print, Social, Web/Digital) experience.
CRM experience, including Direct mail and e-mail.
Understanding of social media platforms and their application.
Ability to work with all levels in a highly matrixed organization.
Ability to influence senior management.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible to participate in our long-term incentive programs.
