Job Description
This opportunity is available at either the Grade 18 or Grade 19 level, with placement determined by the candidate's relevant experience, skills, and overall qualifications. Candidates may be located in New Jersey or Illinois.
The Marketing Manager I/II, Migraine HCP Marketing is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing HCP marketing plans and programs needed to accelerate the growth of migraine franchise. You will:
Work in a team environment to lead the development and execution of strategies and implementation of personal promotion tactics to support more patients to get the help they need and best position the Migraine franchise for success
Foster positive working relationships with the entire Migraine marketing teams, sales force, medical affairs, market research, sales training, regulatory, and other cross franchise marketing teams.
Work with various agencies and consultants, key opinion leaders, and co-marketing partners to successfully drive the business and achieve launch ambitions.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the patient and ensure that all marketing activities align with the needs of the target audience.
Develop and execute high-impact go-to market strategies that are innovative, executable, and clinically/financially supported to drive the Migraine business.
Translate brand strategy and HCP customer insights into an integrated omnichannel engagement plan that defines priority audiences, desired behaviors, channel roles, content needs, and a coordinated customer experience across personal and non-personal promotion.
Lead omnichannel execution across field-delivered and digital HCP touchpoints, including sales force materials, email, websites, paid media, virtual and in-person programs, point-of-care and other emerging channels, ensuring that content, sequencing, and calls to action work together.
Requires the ability to understand and integrate customer feedback and research insights, monitoring progress against brand milestones to make strategic recommendations for optimal brand performance.
Work with internal cross function groups and external partners to ensure integration and consistency of business strategies and regulatory compliance of promotional material.
Develop omnichannel measurement frameworks; use channel, content, engagement, and business performance data to evaluate campaign effectiveness, optimize the channel mix and customer journey, inform investment decisions, ensure a positive return on investment, and achieve brand objectives.
Identify problems proactively and conceptualize solutions using creativity and innovation.
Effectively support marketing budget for area of responsibility.
Manage multiple complex projects with strong planning, organization, attention to detail, execution, and follow-through to deliver high-quality work on time.
Continually evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and recommend changes in strategy or tactics as appropriate
Think innovatively regarding the application of new technologies to marketing, particularly within a regulated environment
Proactively support the sales force through ongoing communications of marketing programs
Apply marketing concepts in the development of marketing plans and programs including brand positioning, brand architecture, SWOT analysis, competitive assessment, market research, marketing objectives/strategies, patient segmentation, etc.
Significant Work Activities -Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Marketing experience with proof of building proficiencies in all marketing skills
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA
Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience required, sales or marketing experience preferred
Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated HCP omnichannel marketing programs in a regulated environment, with working knowledge of customer journey design, audience segmentation, channel planning, content orchestration, campaign measurement, and optimization.
