Marketing Activation Manager

ROLE PURPOSE
The Marketing Activation Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing activation initiatives that promote our pharmaceutical, healthcare & beauty products. This role requires a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory environment, and dynamics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement plans that engage healthcare professionals and patients effectively.

Marketing activation management
Campaign Strategy Development:
Design and implement comprehensive marketing activation strategies targeting healthcare professionals and patients, in alignment with brand objectives and compliance regulations.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and inform campaign development.
Execution and Management:
Lead the execution of promotional campaigns, including workshops, conferences, digital marketing, and point-of-care initiatives, visibilities, activation program, and key stakeholder partnership development
Build KOL pool and gain endorsement for Stada products.
Being the key touch point in communicating with relevant medical associations
Collaborate with sales teams to support field activities and ensure activation strategies resonate with the target audience.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all marketing activations adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to obtain necessary approvals for promotional materials and campaigns.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to inform future strategies and budget allocations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work in tandem with product management, sales, medical affairs, and digital teams to ensure alignment and cohesive execution of activation strategies.
Partner with external agencies and vendors to enhance campaign outreach.
Innovation and Trends:
Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in pharmaceutical marketing.
Leverage insights to innovate marketing approaches and engage audiences effectively.

Team Collaboration and Leadership
Be an active and proactive key member of the Marketing team.
Create a sense of common purpose across local commercial teams and cross-functional teams and share business/sales imperatives, by establishing clear and positive messages about what needs to be achieved.
Closely working with external partners and internal stakeholders to support training initiatives.

EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).

WORKING EXPERIENCE
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.

Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing regulations and compliance requirements.
Proven experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns with measurable results.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
