The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated Market Access Partner to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and impl menting strategic market access solutions to ensure optimal access to Roche’s innovative products for patients, while maximizing the value proposition.
Responsibilities
Support the implementation of local strategies to improve patient alternative funding and access solutions, ensuring seamless field delivery across disease areas.
Support the development of sustainable payment models and reimbursement offers by conducting market readiness analysis, preparing operational tasks, reimbursement dossiers, and coordinating the rollout process with internal and external stakeholders.
Support pricing and reimbursement strategies by conducting competitor price benchmarking, tracking regulatory price changes, analyzing updates in Health Implementation Notification, assessing changes in official reimbursement declarations, and maintaining accurate internal pricing databases (Leopard, Sara).
If needed, engage in phone calls/mails by pharmacies & HCPs and provide information regarding the reimbursement terms for our products.
Collaborate closely with Patient Journey Partners (PJPs) and Healthcare Solutions Partners (HSPs) to implement out-of-pocket schemes, private health insurance initiatives, and patient adherence programs.
Assist in developing project workflows and cross-functional proposals alongside Medical and field teams in strict alignment with Symphony guidance and internal codes.
Benchmark global case studies and out-of-pocket patient models within the international network to support local program adaptations.
Execute the operational screening of third-party service providers, collect necessary compliance documentation during vendor onboarding, and finalize & follow-up the agreement process.
Draft integrated commercial account-based proposals utilizing standardized templates and established portfolio guidelines to achieve win-win outcomes.
Prepare data packages, disease briefs, and tracking sheets to support non-traditional institutional funding initiatives
Act fully in compliance with Competition Law and Roche Code Of Conduct and all applicable SOPs in carrying out all duties.
Take necessary precautions for adherence to legislative requirements, pharmaceutical legislation, Law on the Protection of Personal Data, industry code requirements on promotion and ethics, and other applicable laws.
Who You Are
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related life sciences / analytical fields.
You have 1–2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry (prior experience or internships in Market Access, Pricing, Regulatory, or Medical Affairs is a plus).
You possess strong analytical capabilities with a high comfort level in data management, regulatory tracking, and reporting tools.
You are a proactive team player and deep listener with solid communication and customer engagement skills.
You demonstrate basic knowledge of health systems, local reimbursement frameworks (e.g., SUT/SÖH), and healthcare governance.
You are fluent in written and spoken English and Turkish.
You act with high integrity and a strong commitment to compliance and ethical standards.
