Im Bereich Roche Diagnostics Operations Penzberg sind wir global für die Herstellung von Einsatzstoffen für diagnostische Tests verantwortlich. In Penzberg, einem der größten und modernsten Biotechzentren in Europa, werden von Nukleinsäuren bis hin zu Proteinen und Enzymen hunderte verschiedene Einsatzstoffe produziert. Dadurch ergeben sich für Dich auch viele Möglichkeiten deine berufliche Entwicklung voranzutreiben. Die Expertise unseres Teams liegt in der Aufreinigung von Antikörpern und Proteinen im Labormaßstab. Werde Teil des Teams, in dem jeder für den anderen einsteht und mit anpackt. Verantwortlichkeiten
Nach einer gut betreuten Einarbeitungsphase bist Du für die Aufreinigung von Antikörpern und Proteinen zuständig. Dabei kannst du deinen Arbeitsalltag selbst planen und dir diesen einteilen.
Hand-in-hand mit deinen Kollegen:innen übernimmst Du selbstständig den gesamten Produktionsprozess, bedienst Geräte und Chromatographieanlagen (Cytiva AEKTA Avant und Pilot Systeme) im Labormaßstab.
Zur Qualitätskontrolle und Produktcharakterisierung, führst Du analytische Tests (z.B. HPLC, Photometrie) durch und wertest diese aus.
Dabei achtest Du darauf, dass unsere Qualitätsstandards eingehalten und alle Schritte sorgfältig nach DIN ISO bzw. GMP dokumentiert werden.
Bei der Übernahme neuer Produkte aus der Entwicklung, bei Trouble Shootings eigener Pr
oduktionsverfahren und bei Qualifizierungen neuer Geräte arbeitest Du aktiv mit.
Du gibst auch wichtige Impulse, um Prozesse und Arbeitsabläufe zu verbessern.
Das bringst du mit
Deine Ausbildung zum Biologielaborant:in (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar hast Du erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
Du hast bereits praktishe Erfahrungen mit analytischen und präparativen Chromatographieanlagen (z.B. ÄKTA) und willst diese vertiefen.
Du hast idealerweise Kenntnisse und/oder praktische Erfahrungen in der Proteinchemie/Biochemie, mit Verfahren zur Reinigung und/oder Modifikation von Proteinen bist Du schon vertraut.
Du bringst Dich engagiert ein, kannst gut kommunizieren und arbeitest gerne in einem Team, das Wert auf ein kollegiales Arbeitsklima legt und Dir jederzeit Rückendeckung bietet.
Deine proaktive Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch Eigenständigkeit, Sorgfalt und Zuverlässigkeit aus. Deine Produktaufträge nimmst du selbst in die Hand, sorgst dafür, dass sie erfolgreich gelöst werden und fragst nach Hilfe, falls Du mal nicht weiter weißt
Wir können uns auf Deine guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse verlassen.
Die Stelle ist auf 2 Jahre befristet.
