About this Role
As a Key Account Executive/Manager in Oncology, you will drive business growth by building high-level scientific partnerships with healthcare professionals. Your goal is to achieve strategic sales targets through expert product promotion and meticulous territory management, ensuring full compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Expertise & Development
Maintain high-level scientific knowledge of Servier’s oncology products and the competitive landscape.
Deliver professional presentations to HCPs and participate in ongoing training and field coaching.
Territory & Customer Management
Analyze territory dynamics and customer data using CRM tools (Lynx/Power BI).
Profile and target key specialists and hospital departments to optimize business impact.
Strategic Planning & Activity
Develop and execute territory action plans focused on high-potential opportunities.
Meet company objectives for call rates, frequency, and digital tool utilization.
Sales & Compliance
Promote products ethically to maximize prescriptions while adhering strictly to the HKAPI Code of Practice.
Organize and conduct meetings, symposiums, and round tables.
Manage allocated budgets and promotional materials efficiently.
Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate, daily records of customer interactions and hospital listings via CRM synchronization.
Provide timely reports on territory performance to the Commercial Manager Oncology.
Qualifications & Skills
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in a Life Science discipline; major in Pharmacy or Pharmacology is a plus.
Master’s Degree or higher is highly preferred.
Strong scientific aptitude to effectively communicate complex clinical data to HCPs.
Experience & Expertise
3 to 4 years of sales or relevant experience in relation to Oncology.
Existing Oncologists and HCPs network and strong rapport in Hong Kong are essential.
Specialized knowledge in haematology oncology is an advantage though not essential.

Communication: Articulate and engaging communication style; high proficiencyin English is a must.
