About the job

Business Operations (BO) at Sanofi is a key driver of transformation and value creation, optimizing the company's core business functions to accelerate impact, enhance agility, and fuel innovation at scale. BO amplifies Sanofi's ability to deliver life-changing science by managing and optimizing critical processes that drive performance and unlock new opportunities.

Within Business Operations' Procurement Services Tower, Global Transparency operates three service lines: Global Transfer of Value (ToV) Reporting, US State Reporting & BIMO FDA Financial Disclosure. Global Transparency's transversal cross-functional mission is to ensure Sanofi meets its Transparency reporting obligations as required by law or regulatory authorities to mitigate negative customer impact and Sanofi's reputational & financial risk.

The Global Transparency Team operates within a Matrix/Integrated Hub & In-Country Model. The matrix supervision framework at Sanofi operates through a dual reporting structure where Hub-based employees have a Hub-based direct line Manager (Workday hierarchy) and functional/dotted-line relationships with In-Country Transparency experts.

Main Responsibilities

The Fresher Transparency Analyst works under the direct supervision of the Transparency Team Lead, supporting the disclosure and reporting of relevant information, data, and transactions to promote transparency, accountability, and compliance with EFPIA and other applicable disclosure requirements across the countries and markets served by Global Sources. This is a global role: assignments may span multiple markets over time, based on team priorities, rather than being fixed to a single country.

This is an entry-level (Level 1) position within the Global Sources team, designed to build a beginner-to-intermediate foundation in transparency reporting, data collection, and Company policies, applicable across markets. The Fresher Transparency Analyst applies developing knowledge of EFPIA and country-specific requirements to support data collection and control activities, contribute to disclosure report preparation, and engage with business stakeholders under close guidance from more senior team members.

This role requires close collaboration with the Global Transparency governance team, senior analysts within Global Sources, and in-country stakeholders across the markets supported, to ensure data quality, process consistency, and operational efficiency. Alignment with the Transparency Team Lead is key to ensure correct application of the Global Transparency Core Model and systems.

1. Data Collection & Reporting Support

• Collects and consolidates transfers of value (ToV) data from multiple source systems and business functions across supported markets, following defined collection processes

• Performs first-level data quality checks (completeness, accuracy, duplicates) ahead of country-level submission

• Supports the execution of data control activities under the close guidance of senior analysts

• Flags data anomalies and assists in root-cause investigation and remediation

• Maintains accurate documentation and evidence of data collection and control activities for audit purposes

2. EFPIA & Country Regulatory Support

• Applies foundational knowledge of EFPIA Disclosure Code principles to the classification and reporting of ToV data across assigned markets

• Supports country-level transparency reporting activities and requirements as assigned, working in partnership with the relevant in-country Transparency team(s)

• Builds beginner-level working knowledge of country-specific transparency regulation across supported markets

• Escalates regulatory questions and updates to the Transparency Team Lead in a timely manner

3. Disclosure Reporting Support

• Assists in the preparation of country disclosure reports and supporting reconciliation files

• Supports report validation and quality assurance activities under senior analyst supervision

• Helps ensure data readiness for disclosure submissions according to country-specific timelines

• Contributes to the preparation of basic tracking dashboards and monitoring reports for the Global Sources team

• Maintains audit-ready documentation across assigned reporting and data collection activities

4. Business Stakeholder Engagement & Learning

• Liaises with in-country stakeholders across supported markets to clarify data queries and support timely reporting cycles

• Communicates basic data requirements and deadlines to data providers under guidance from senior team members

• Escalates unresolved data issues to senior analysts or the Transparency Team Lead in a structured manner

• Actively participates in knowledge-sharing sessions and training to progressively build autonomy within the team

• Demonstrates Company values and Take the Lead ways of working

How we calculate "similar"

No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.

Every comparison starts from the same 100-point budget: 25 for working in the same function, 40 for the same therapeutic area, 20 for the same or adjacent seniority, 15 for the same country. A dimension we can't confirm on both sides contributes nothing, never a guess, never a free pass.

Unmatched or unknown dimensions score exactly the same: 0 points, never a partial guess. A role we know almost nothing about beyond its function bottoms out at 25%; it never inflates to 100% just because there's little to compare against. Seniority uses a defined ladder (Associate → Manager → Associate Director → Senior → Principal → Director → Senior Director → Executive/VP) so "Director" and "Senior Director" count as adjacent, but "Director" and "Executive/VP" do not.
