Principais ResponsabilidadesApoiar a implementação e atualização dos programas de Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente.Participar de inspeções de segurança e monitoramento de condições de trabalho.Auxiliar na identificação e avaliação de riscos ocupacionais.Apoiar investigações de incidentes e acidentes, contribuindo com ações preventivas.Controlar e acompanhar equipamentos de proteção individual e coletiva.Conduzir treinamentos e campanhas de conscientização em saúde e segurança.Apoiar atividades da Comissão Interna de Prevenção de Acidentes e programas de engajamento.Acompanhar empresas contratadas e verificar conformidade com requisitos de segurança.Manter indicadores, registros e documentações da área atualizados.Dar suporte a auditorias internas, inspeções regulatórias e iniciativas de melhoria contínua. Requisitos EssenciaisFormação Técnica completa em Segurança do Trabalho.Conhecimento básico do Pacote Microsoft Office.Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.Agilidade no uso de ferramentas e tecnologias digitais. DiferenciaisExperiência prévia em atividades relacionadas à Segurança do Trabalho.Conhecimento em programas de gestão de riscos ocupacionais e requisitos legais de segurança.Conhecimento da língua inglesa.

How we calculate "similar"
No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.
Every comparison starts from the same 100-point budget: 25 for working in the same function, 40 for the same therapeutic area, 20 for the same or adjacent seniority, 15 for the same country. A dimension we can't confirm on both sides contributes nothing, never a guess, never a free pass.
