Join our global Clinical Supply Chain Operation (CSCO) department as Investigational Product Support and you’ll help us with the process of distributing our future medicines – Investigational Medical Products – to patients in the world for testing. You’ll support our dedicated team – IPM (Investigational Product Manager) located in 30 countries, who are in charge to manage locally the flow of our products (quality, timelines respect, regulation, internal tool updates).

Main responsibilities:

Manage quotations for local activities with carrier vendors.

Manage purchase orders & change orders related to local activities.

Perform cost reconciliation and last payment with Depot and other local service providers.

Perform temperature excursion assessment during transportation and storage for shipments to depot and sites.

Manage depot data changes in IRT (IP tracking tool).

Coordinate authorization for the destruction of unused kits with local depot.

Provide carrier vendor with transfer request data for reception.

Perform tracking & reconciliation of studies assigned to the Central HUB in CSCO tools.

Support the inspection documentation collection from IP Management.

Participate in/support the management of import licenses and complete the necessary forms for the request.

Participate in/support the local IP team for documents needed for customs release.

Provide support on filing and archiving uploading documents into eTMF when needed for IMP-related documents.

About you

Experience:

Good organizational skills for the management of multiple concurrent tasks

Knowledge and operational experience in clinical trial/ medical/ pharma industry is preferred

Soft skills:

Ability to work autonomously with methodology to respect guidelines

Ability to work effectively, proactively, and collaboratively in a worldwide, multi-cultural, multidisciplinary environment

Good communicational skills (both written and verbal)

Adapt to changing work environment, including change in technical environments

Technical skills:

Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Comfortable with computer applications and ongoing innovations

Education: BSc in a Life Science or related degree is preferred

Languages: Strong English skills (verbal and written) and strong Spanish skills (verbal and written), with the ability to exchange fluently in a global environment

The salary range for this position is :Ft9 120 000,00 - Ft12 160 000 Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
