To perform clerical and operative tasks administering basic procedures or operating simple machinery in order to support diverse financial / accounting activities.

This is a part-time Finance Trainee opportunity offered on a DPČ basis, with a workload of approximately 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with routine clerical and administrative tasks to support financial operations.

Perform simple, repetitive tasks within well-established procedures under supervision.

Support the preparation of basic financial analysis and internal/external reports.

Help compile data for project proposals, analytical reports, and presentations.

Ensure timely and accurate documentation of financial transactions.

Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain process accuracy.

Adhere to compliance standards and internal controls in all assigned tasks.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the R2R process.

What We Are Looking For

Student in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or someone currently on a longer-term career break/leave who is interested in supporting our Finance/R2R team on a long-term basis

Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting processes.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures.

Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

Ability to work independently under supervision and manage time effectively.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

English language skills (written and spoken).

Positive attitude and commitment to delivering quality work.
