Your Role
Join our team in Guidonia, Italy, as an expert OT System Engineer dedicated to supporting, maintaining, and advancing the site's Operational Technology landscape. In this pivotal position, you will drive project delivery, lifecycle management, system availability, and compliance for critical manufacturing and laboratory infrastructure. Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or 6+ years relevant experience).
3+ years in industrial automation, OT manufacturing, or process control.
Skilled in industrial networks, server infrastructure, and virtualization.
Strong knowledge of OT cybersecurity, risk management, and disaster recovery.
Proven analytical skills to troubleshoot complex systems independently.
Strong collaborator with solid cross-functional stakeholder management.
Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Salary Package:
Annual Base Salary (RAL): €40.000 - €55.000
