As the EU Brand Manager Cough, Cold & Pain, you’ll sit at the heart of this transformation, driving strategy, communications, and activation across our core platforms. How you’ll spend your day
Act as the key EU contact for the Cough & Cold portfolio, ensuring alignment with global strategy and supporting markets in achieving growth.
Identify regional opportunities and new demand spaces through diagnostics, analysis, and collaboration with global teams.
Develop and implement EU strategies for Cough, Cold & Pain, balancing global direction with local market needs.
Lead creation and adaptation of brand assets across channels, including toolkits, guidelines, and e-commerce content.
Support innovation and renovation projects with European campaign development, launch assets, and master packaging design.
Collaborate with media teams to deliver effective, optimized campaigns and share best practices across markets.
Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to identify activation opportunities.
Track performance of campaigns and post-launch KPIs across EU markets, recommending strategic and executional improvements.
Conduct market and consumer assessments to inform go-to-market plans and elevate platform performance.
Willingness to be based in Poland (Warsaw) with hybrid working.
Your experience and qualifications
Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Strong background in Brand Management in FMCG or Consumer Healthcare, ideally with multi-market or regional exposure.
Proven ability to lead communication projects end-to-end, transforming insights into impactful brand initiatives.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience engaging senior leaders.
Clear and persuasive communication and storytelling capabilities.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to turn data into actionable plans.
Hands-on, proactive approach with a focus on excellence in execution and problem-solving.
Agility and resilience in dynamic environments, comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity.
