E-commerce Key Account Manager

E-com Key Account Manager is responsible for the sustainable and profitable development of STADA Consumer Health brands on eCommerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Executing eCommerce development strategies across online marketplaces and partner pharmacies, aligned with STADA's commercial and brand priorities
• Managing and developing strategic relationships with key online pharmacies, supporting joint business planning and long-term growth
• Conducting commercial negotiations, annual business reviews, and commercial planning to meet revenue, sales, and profitability goals
• Ensuring best-in-class execution of the digital shelf strategy across platforms, including product content, assortment, pricing, and search engine visibility, to maximize conversion and brand presence
• Planning and implementing eCommerce-specific marketing and activation initiatives, including promotions and retail media activities, to drive traffic, conversion, and brand development
• Monitoring and analyzing sales, traffic, conversion, and marketing performance metrics, generating actionable insights to continuously optimize channel performance
• Identifying market trends, competitive developments, and emerging eCommerce opportunities to support strategic decision-making and growth initiatives
• Leading cross-functional projects and ensuring Collaborate closely with marketing, digital marketing, trade marketing, and product management to ensure seamless eCommerce execution
• Support the development of STADA's overall digital commerce capabilities and eCommerce excellence across the organization
Required Qualifications:
• University degree, preferably in business administration, economics, digital business, or a related field
• Several years of eCommerce experience, preferably in Consumer Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or a comparable consumer-facing industry
• In-depth knowledge of eCommerce ecosystems, digital shelf management, and platform dynamics
• Experience using eCommerce analytical tools
• Excellent strategic, analytical, and conceptual skills, with a strong commercial acumen
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build strategic customer relationships
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• A hands-on approach with a high degree of proactivity and initiative
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
• Willingness to travel.
• Fluent in Polish and proficient in English.
