Job Title: Digital Solution Architect - Manufacturing Sciences, Analytics &Technology (MSAT)

Locations: Paris OR Lyon, France (Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite, 2 days remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Solution Architect to define, govern, and evolve technology solutions supporting Manufacturing Sciences, Analytics & Technology (MSAT).

This is primarily an architecture, strategy, and roadmap-focused role. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping end-to-end solution architectures, defining future-state technology landscapes, and ensuring the successful alignment of business, scientific, and manufacturing needs with scalable digital solutions.

The role does not involve hands-on software development or direct implementation. Instead, it focuses on architecture leadership, technology strategy, solution governance, and stakeholder engagement across business and technology functions.

Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence are important solution domains within the MSAT portfolio. However, the primary focus of the role is to establish robust, scalable, and compliant technology architectures spanning applications, integrations, cloud platforms, data ecosystems, and manufacturing systems.

As the organization continues to evolve its digital capabilities and adopt emerging technologies, the role will require curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset.

How we calculate "similar"

No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.

Every comparison starts from the same 100-point budget: 25 for working in the same function, 40 for the same therapeutic area, 20 for the same or adjacent seniority, 15 for the same country. A dimension we can't confirm on both sides contributes nothing, never a guess, never a free pass.

Unmatched or unknown dimensions score exactly the same: 0 points, never a partial guess. A role we know almost nothing about beyond its function bottoms out at 25%; it never inflates to 100% just because there's little to compare against. Seniority uses a defined ladder (Associate → Manager → Associate Director → Senior → Principal → Director → Senior Director → Executive/VP) so "Director" and "Senior Director" count as adjacent, but "Director" and "Executive/VP" do not.
