The Opportunity
Accelerate your career with a 14 month full-time contract.
We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Quality Analyst to join our Quality team. In this role, you will support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP), company procedures, and applicable pharmaceutical regulations.
Working closely with Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, and external partners, you will contribute to maintaining the highest standards of product quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
How You’ll Spend Your Day
Ensure compliant product release, distribution, and product traceability in line with GDP/GxP requirements.
Manage quality events, complaints, recalls, deviations, CAPAs, and quality related interactions with Health Authorities.
Oversee supplier and third-party quality management, including Quality Agreements.
Support drug shortage management, documentation control, and quality-related regulatory compliance.
Provide oversight of GxP computerized systems and ERP processes to ensure ongoing compliance and business continuity.
Your experience and qualifications
Master´s Degree in Pharmacy, Medicines, Biology or an equivalent combination of education and experience to the functional role
1 year of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain Quality, or a related pharmaceutical environment.
Knowledge of GDP, GxP, and pharmaceutical quality systems is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
