Your opportunity
1. Strategic Project Development & Management
Market Intelligence & Funding Analysis: Proactively monitor and analyse macroeconomic healthcare policies, state budget allocations, ODA funding flows, and private capital investments to [identify and build a robust early-stage project pipeline].
End-to-end Project Management: Architect market-entry strategies, provide consultation on technical configurations (spec-in), and lead the tender participation process to [maximize the win-rate and secure commercial success] for Roche.
Key Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and sustain strategic partnerships with policy makers, [C-Suite executives / Board of Directors] at target hospitals, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
2. Driving Digital Pathology (DP) Solutions
Market Shaping: [Pioneer] market penetration strategies for the DP portfolio. Lead high-level dialogues and technology demonstrations to [raise market awareness and accelerate digital transformation] in medical diagnostics.
Total Solution Consultancy: Collaborate closely with IT and Medical Affairs experts to design [comprehensive ecosystem solutions]. This encompasses hardware (Scanners), software (Workflow/AI), and seamless integration with hospital archiving systems (HIS/LIS/PACS).
3. Cross-functional Synergy & Boundary Management
(To optimize resources and [mitigate channel conflicts] with the existing Sales Representatives - SR team)
Role Delineation: The BDS takes [absolute accountability] for Capital Equipment (CapEx) projects from lead generation until the final equipment handover. Meanwhile, SRs will focus on sustaining and growing reagent/consumable (OpEx) revenue and daily operational services.
Hand-over Protocol: Establish a transparent transition process. Upon successful installation and acceptance of the equipment, the BDS will [execute a seamless customer handover] to the SR to drive and capture [pull-through reagent revenue].
Shared-Success Matrix: Foster a highly collaborative framework with territory SRs. Encourage SRs to act as Internal Lead Providers (early warning systems) for the BDS. Ensure the cross-incentive policy is transparently executed in compliance with the company's C&B policy to [cultivate a Win-Win synergy].
4. Compliance & Confidentiality (Absolute Prerequisite)
Information Security: Take full responsibility for safeguarding highly sensitive information, including project budgets, [proprietary technical specifications], bidding pricing strategies, and client data. All project information must be strictly access-controlled on a ["Need-to-know" basis].
Code of Conduct: Ensure 100% adherence to local public procurement laws and the global Roche Business Integrity Directive during all project engagements, negotiations, and bidding activities.
Risk Management: Proactively identify, [mitigate], and report any risks related to internal/external conflicts of interest or data leakage threats to the Board of Management and the Compliance Department.
Who you are
Academic Qualification (e.g., Master's Degree in Business)
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or Business Administration.
Professional Experience, Core Competencies, Mindset, and Behavioral Traits
