About this opportunity
This role is responsible for implementing business communications for Novartis China to strengthen understanding, alignment and engagement around business priorities, corporate strategy, transformation and culture, while exploring AI-enabled ways of working to enhance communication impact and effectiveness.
Major responsibilities: Implement communications strategies supporting China business priorities, growth ambitions, innovation agenda and transformation objectives.Support executive communications and key strategic moments, including organizational changes, business milestones and leadership priorities.Develop content and execute initiatives to enhance people experience, culture enhancement and transformation.Manage selected internal communication channels and platforms, and collaborate with cross-functional, international and global teams to deliver relevant communications and campaigns.Explore and apply AI and digital tools to enhance communication planning, content development, productivity and ways of working.Independently manage multiple communication projects, working effectively with stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-quality outcomes. Key performance indicators: Measurable growth in engagement measures across selected channels, audiencesUtilization of OGSM framework planning approach with measurable results and assessmentEnhanced business partnering relationships with China LeadershipEfficient management of resources (agency, content development)
