Als Brand Manager Consumer Marketing trägst du maßgeblich dazu bei, unsere Consumer-Marketing-Strategie zum Leben zu erwecken – vom Insight bis zur Aktivierung.
Deine Aufgaben
Entwicklung, Anpassung und Umsetzung von Consumer-Marketing- und Activation-Kampagnen entlang der gesamten Customer Journey inkl. Adaption und Freigabe globaler Marketing-Assets für den lokalen Markt
Analyse von Kampagnen- und Business-Performance anhand relevanter KPIs sowie Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen
Erstellung von Reportings und Business Analysen für Management- und Assessment-Meetings
Identifikation von Consumer Trends und Marktchancen
Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung innovativer Consumer-Engagement-Ansätze, Partnerschaften und digitaler Touchpoints
Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen bei der Entwicklung kreativer, insight-basierter Kommunikationsplattformen
Unterstützung unserer Social-Media-Aktivitäten mit Schwerpunkt Instagram sowie Mitwirkung bei Content-Planung und -Erstellung
Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Durchführung digitaler und physischer Influencer- und Consumer-Events
Dein Profil
2–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise im FMCG-, Consumer-oder Tech Umfeld
Erfahrung im digitalen und integrierten Multi-Channel-Marketing mit einem klaren Digital-First-Mindset
Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Konsumentenbedürfnisse, Trends und datengetriebene Marketingsteuerung
Eigenverantwortliche, proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie ein sicheres Auftreten in der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, BWL, Kommunikation oder vergleichbar

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
€60,000 - €132,000
Full-time equivalent employees may also be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
