Brand & Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Zagreb
Purpose of the Role:
Increasing brand awareness, consumer engagement, and STADA’s leadership position in the CHC segment through integrated brand and digital marketing activities. The role drives customer-centric marketing excellence by leveraging digital channels, consumer insights, and data-driven decision-making to maximize marketing effectiveness. In addition, the position supports profitable business growth by developing and executing impactful omnichannel marketing initiatives and continuously enhancing digital marketing performance.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across key channels (social media, search, display, email, and e-commerce) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth.
Develop and implement data-driven digital strategies, leveraging consumer insights and performance analytics to maximize marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Manage digital content and media agencies, ensuring high-quality execution, consistent brand messaging, and alignment with business objectives.
Drive the development of digital marketing capabilities within the organization, identifying new trends, technologies, and best practices to support long-term growth and omnichannel excellence.
Quick response to the changes in external/internal market and regulatory environment to achieve promotional targets and maintain optimal growth
Preparation of product mkt plans and execution of defined short- and long-term strategy
Prepare regular reports and analyses, reviews and quick response to the market and competitive environment
Realizing promotional plans and forecasting, considering actual results and trends in close co-operation with local and central supply managers
Leading role in preparation of various materials and presentations for promotion of CHC products in order to influence prescribers and create the image of STADA, as the CHC leader in the segment
Regular visits of clients (pharmacists)
Participation in events (National and International) of Medical/Pharmaceutical Societies
Cross collaboration and support in execution of activities to increase synergy effect within the BU and secure wider scope of promo and raising awareness for other STADA products
Ensures interactions with all the customers and partners comply with STADA Values and Behaviour and Compliance polices.

Requirements:
University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Economics, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in brand management, digital marketing, trade marketing, or product marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical, CHC, FMCG, or healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, search, display advertising, email marketing, e-commerce, and performance marketing.
Proven experience in developing and executing brand, product, and omnichannel marketing plans based on consumer insights, market trends, and business priorities.
Ability to analyze campaign performance, market data, and competitor activities, and translate insights into clear actions and business recommendations.
Experience in managing external agencies, media partners, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure high-quality execution.
Good knowledge of pharmaceutical and CHC market dynamics, customer behavior, and regulatory requirements related to product promotion and communication.
Strong project management, planning, prioritization, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English; advanced knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge of analytics, CRM, LLMs, content management, or digital advertising tools is an advantage.
